Principal’s Words

          Dear Form Six Graduates,

Another year has gone by, and you have now completed
your secondary studies, embarking the new chapter
of your life. In moments like this, memories of
the past and hope for the future are always tightly
          entwined.

Over these three years in the Wa Ying family,
I am pleased to see how you have grown and tried
to be your best self. My dear boys and girls, how
pleased I am in seeing how you have fostered your
bonding through faithful and selfless support to
one another in face of challenging hurdles! How
proud I am in witnessing your eagerness to develop
your potentials and overcome your weaknesses so as
to better serve your fellow schoolmates as servant
leaders! How thankful I am in witnessing how you
explore possibilities with daring spirit and pursue
your dreams and aspirations with persistence and
boundless creativity! Sharing your dream pursuits
over the luncheon gatherings and discussing with
student leaders in the Student-Teacher Council, I am
not only thankful, but also inspired.

In a few days, you will be receiving your HKDSE
result slip from your class teacher; and stepping out
of the school gate will mark another important
milestone in your life. Here I would like to express
three hopes I have for you:
It is my wish that you walk in God’s truth and
               love, experiencing His guidance, protection,
               grace and abundance!
It is my wish that you keep growing to be
your better self, ever exploring your strengths,
               developing your potentials and pursuing
excellence so as to possess the capabilities to
               serve and to lead!
It is my wish that you will be a happy and lovable person with gentleness, humility,
selflessness and a forgiving and serving heart; a blessed person with truthful friends
and companions walking alongside your life journey; and a godly person with
               contentment, peace, and hope!

“A Wa Yinger for once, A Wa Yinger for life”. Your graduation signifies the completion
of your secondary education, but not your identity as a Wa Yinger. You will always be part
of our big Wa Ying family. I hope you will always stay in touch with your alma mater,
teachers and buddies, supporting one another.
