Boarders' Talent Show

The Boarders' Talent Show was held successfully on 25 January 2018. Boarders
th
were given a chance to demonstrate their talents through a variety of performances. They
benefited from performing on stage as their self-confidence continued to grow. It was
certainly a pleasant and enjoyable night.

S.1 Dining Etiquette Workshop

A Dining Etiquette Workshop was held for each S.1 class this school year in a western
restaurant in Stanley. Thanks to Mr. Chris Chow, a veteran in the western-style catering industry,
our students learned interactively the use of tableware and table manners in the workshops. Thanks
to the chef of the restaurant, our students enjoyed a scrumptious dinner too!
