                      Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities

                 On 13  December 2006, the United Nations modified the ¨Convention on the
                 Rights  of  Persons  with  Disabilities©  in  Article  30  to  facilitate  the  disabled  to
                 participate in sport. The Convention is revised as follows:



                 މəԴಞशɛঐ੄ίၾՉ˼ɛ̻ഃٙਿᓾɪਞ̋࢈ᆀe;ඝձ᜗ԃݺਗdᇕߒ਷Ꮠ຅
                 મ՟ቇ຅ણ݄d˸کj
                 With a view to enabling persons with disabilities to participate on an equal basis
                 with others in recreational, leisure and sporting activities, States Parties shall take
                 appropriate measures:



                 1. ོᎸձڮආಞशɛး̙ঐ̂ʱήਞ̋΢ॴ˴ݴ᜗ԃݺਗi
                   To encourage and promote the participation, to the fullest extent possible, of

                   persons with disabilities in mainstream sporting activities at all levels;
                 2. ᆽڭಞशɛϞዚึଡ଼ᔌe೯࢝ձਞ̋ಞशɛਖ਼ධ᜗ԃe࢈ᆀݺਗdԨމϤོᎸί
                   ၾՉ˼ɛ̻ഃٙਿᓾɪ౤Զቇ຅ܸኬe৅ᇖձ༟๕i
                   To  ensure that persons  with  disabilities have  an opportunity  to  organize,
                   develop and participate in disability-specific sporting and recreational activities

                   and, to this end, encourage the provision, on an equal basis with others, of
                   appropriate instruction, training and resources;
                 3. ᆽڭಞशɛ̙˸Դ͜᜗ԃe࢈ᆀձ༷ࣚఙהi

                   To ensure that persons with disabilities have access to sporting, recreational
                   and tourism venues;
                 4. ᆽڭಞशՅഁԮϞၾՉ˼Յഁɓᅵ̻ٙഃዚึਞ༷̋Ꮥe࢈ᆀձ;ඝ˸ʿ᜗ԃݺ
                   ਗdܼ̍ίኪࣧӻ୕ਞ̋வᗳݺਗi
                   To ensure that children with disabilities have equal access with other children

                   to participation in play, recreation and leisure and sporting activities, including
                   those activities in the school system;
                 5. ᆽڭಞशɛ̙˸ᐏ੻࢈ᆀe༷ࣚe;ඝձ᜗ԃݺਗٙଡ଼ᔌɛ౤Զٙ؂ਕf

                   To ensure that persons with disabilities have access to services from those
                   involved in the organization of recreational, tourism, leisure and sporting
                   activities.
