      of some resolutions for the new year. Forget about setting unrealistic goals

      Teenagers need up to 9 hours of sleep per night in order to function properly.
      Sleep deprivation is a serious problem in our city and it can have serious health
      risks in the long run. Try to manage your time well with your studies and cut
      down on screen time in order to see if you can get more sleep in 2018. In the   Buddhist Wong Fung Ling College

      Kindness and happiness go hand in hand; so choose to be kind this year and
      do not argue with your siblings, parents, friends or teachers. There are better
      and kinder ways to resolve problems than with an argument. Think before you
      speak this year to ensure that your life is filled with kindness and happiness.
